La Reforma Tributaria de Juan Manuel Santos.

Además de mantener la guerra contra la resistencia campesina rechazando cualquier posibilidad de Acuerdo Humanitario y Cese al fuego, el Dr. Juan Manuel Santos nos quiere imponer una Reforma Tributaria Neoliberal.
MENSAJE DE URGENCIA:
El Gobierno Nacional a través de su Vocero Oficial Juan Manuel Santos envió Mensaje de “URGENCIA”, a las Comisiones Tercera (3ª) de Cámara y Senado, para que el 23 de Octubre de 2012, se diera inicio al trámite de esta iniciativa legislativa.

El impuesto: Es una clase de Tributo (obligaciones generalmente pecuniarias en favor del acreedor tributario), regido por el derecho público. Se caracteriza por no requerir una contraprestación directa o determinada por parte de la administración hacendaria o (acreedor tributario), “Para el financiamiento de los Gastos del Estado”.
Los Tributos: Son ingresos públicos de Derecho Público, que consisten en prestaciones pecuniarias obligatorias. “Su fin primordial es el de obtener los ingresos necesarios para el sostenimiento del Gasto Público”.
Una de las propuestas que se está planteando es que a los asalariados se les quiten varios beneficios como la deducción del 25% del pago laboral; (Aportes voluntarios para pensión y vivienda), es decir que se aumentaría el pago de tributos. Así mismo, para aquellos que tienen crédito de vivienda hasta por $200 millones podrían perder este beneficio.
Mientras que a las empresas se les reduce la tarifa del impuesto sobre la renta del 33% al 27%, a los ciudadanos de clase media se les cargará con más gravámenes.
En resumen, el gobierno de Santos lo que pretende con su reforma tributaria es reducirles los impuestos a los monopolios y multinacionales, al tiempo que aumenta las cargas tributarias a las clase medias y al pueblo.
Sigue el festín de los poderosos del capital internacional, pues en el 2011, las ganancias en Colombia, y en Billones de Pesos, de algunos a los que les van a recortar la tarifa de renta del 33% al 25% fueron: Claro. $2.9 Billones, Pacific Rubiales: $2.4 Billones, Bavaria Sab Miller: $1.6 Billones, El Cerrejón: $2.7 Billones, Sector Financiero: $21 Billones.
